Dr Meshandree Naidoo

Dr Meshandree Naidoo is a specialist paediatrician whose journey began in 1996 with a dream to study medicine. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at Wits University in 2001 and received the Dallas Mackenzie Award for Community Paediatrics. Her passion for championing children’s health became evident during this formative period.

In 2008, she qualified as a paediatrician and gained extensive medical and social insight into children’s needs while working in academic hospitals. For over 15 years, she has practised in Johannesburg North, observing firsthand the evolving challenges and triumphs of childhood healthcare.

Dr Naidoo’s interest in paediatric allergies led her to obtain a Diploma in Allergology in 2016. This enabled her to broaden her approach and establish an allergy clinic that addresses general paediatric concerns and allergy-specific care. Over the years, she has built lasting relationships with patient families who trust her with their children’s well-being.

Dr Naidoo is a mother of two boys who appreciates the delicate balance between medical guidance and parental concerns. Outside of her professional life, she values the importance of social connections and enjoys spending time with friends and family, reflecting her belief that life flourishes through living and giving.
